helps free up your time and allows you to tend to the
important day to day needs of managing your business.
On-Site Trip Manager
... We also include a dedicated on-site trip manager who
will oversee your Incentive Travel Program, Corporate
Meeting or Event, and ensure that all of the elements of
your program run smoothly. This on-site trip or
program manager will be your liason to help with any
questions, problems, or needs that you may have during your
program. They will work directly with the hotel and local
staff so that you can relax and enjoy your event.
7. Program Assessment and Account Reconciliation
When all the excitement is over, we want to meet with you
again to ensure that your expectations we met. Did your
program accomplish exactly what you wanted it to? What
worked? What didn't? How did the people involved feel? Our
specialists will help to assess the effectiveness of the
program. Upon its conclusion, we provide complete account
reconciliation.
