 Hourly Consultations

This is often a package for the bride, that doesn't know where to start or has made her own plans, believes she has everything handled, but would like an expert to go over everything with her. As a planner we would give you suggestions on timelines, theme, vendors, site selections and more!

 Rehearsal and Wedding Day Package

We handle the details so that the wedding party and family are relaxed and free to enjoy your biggest moment.

Up to 8 hours

Rehearsal includes:

• Consultation Meeting (scheduled within 3-4 weeks of contract signing)

• Timeline Creation and itinerary

• Diagram Creation

• Obtaining Ceremony and reception overview

• Vendor overview

• Assistance and direction at the Rehearsal

• Day-Of Coordination

• 1 Meeting with the bride the month of wedding

Wedding Day includes:

• Greet and Check with vendors to confirm arrangements for wedding day.

• Attending, overseeing, and directing the ceremony and reception.

• Receive deliveries and greet vendors.

• Instruct vendors of their responsibilities, timelines and specifics.

 Partial Planning
Customized to fit your needs, these packages allow you to acquire planning assistance at any time, whether you are well into the planning, or in the beginning stages.

Up to 15 hours

Services can include:

• One ceremony and reception site visit or consultation

• Selection and consultation of wedding style, theme, and décor

• Creating design concepts and implementing them

• Suggestion of unbooked wedding vendors

• Budget Review

• Review of plans in place

• Assist with timelines and checklists

Month-Of Coordination
As the wedding approaches, the details become more important. Give yourself peace of mind, knowing that the arrangements are in order before you walk down the aisle.

Up to 24 hours

• Comprehensive consultation

• One ceremony and reception site walk through

• Have overview discussion with caterer

• Details finalized with vendors

• Ensure that final payments to vendors are made

• Creation of day-of vendor and wedding party schedules

• Attendance at and management of rehearsal

• Ceremony coordination

• Emergency kit (hairspray, sewing kit, etc.)

Full Planning Wedding Package

This package is for the bride that wants guidance from start to finish. It covers all of the details that go into making a wedding truly memorable.

Up to 40 hours

Imagine a full-time wedding professional helping you with all your planning - budget, vendor recommendations, contract negotiations (read: great deals), decor, favors, welcome baskets, hotel rooms, rehearsal dinner, invitations, as well as day-of coordination. You have a life outside planning your wedding, and want it to stay that way.

The full planning wedding package includes:

• Initial consultation with the bride and groom

• Four planning meetings between clients and planner.

• Assistance in preparing a budget.

• Prepare a schedule/timeline and checklists.

• Assist with site tours, selection and booking of ceremony and reception.

• Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding.

• Provide a list of selected vendors.

• Coordinate, negotiate, and book suitable vendors.

• Diagram of wedding site.

• Ensure final payments are made to vendors.

• Hotel accommodations and recommendations.

• Ongoing updates with client about vendor’s services/products.

• Assistance with tracking RSVP's

• Prepare timelines

• Final Walk-through with client month of the wedding.

• Final meeting reviewing all details with the client

Hiring a professional Wedding Coordinator to organize and manage details
(from Partial Coordination to Full Day Coordination
